I don't know what kind of cuisine does Black Canyon actually offer until I dined in there the other day. Oh......it's not 'western' like I presumed all this while (I am a 'sua par kow'?! :) ) but actually Thai + International.
I like restaurants who offer value meals with at least "not that bad" kind of quality.

Deep-fried Chicken Wing (RM9.90++) - the chicken wings were small and rather dry. Well, of course I wouldn't expect the chicken wings under air-cond to be as the same standard as Wong Ah Wah's Chicken Wings right?! :)
Deep-fried Sesame-Crusted Fish with Rice (RM9.90++) - Normally I would jump far far away once looking at the word "deep-fried"! Surprisingly this deep-fried fish seemed to be not 'oily' at all. How come????? The fish tasted better than it actually looked, of course enhanced by the dip of sauce.
Rice topped with Roasted Chicken in Garlic and Pepper with Mixed Vegetables in Gravy (RM8.90++) - The only thing that I dissatisfied was the gravy seemed to be rather thick, sweet and too little - it was 'used up' during halfway eating. :(
Phuket Paradise (RM7.95++) (Frozen Coconut Yoghurt in Pineapple Juice) - This drink was good and very refreshing.
