We were at this stall last Saturday, thanks to Criz .


Let's look at each step on how to produce the Te Chang You Tiao.

Deep frying the Black & White Sesame Twins.

Clockwise :

Sausage + Mayonnaise (RM3.00)

Tuna+ Mayonnaise (RM2.50)

Peanut+Butter (RM2.00)

Kaya+Butter (RM2.00)

Chicken Floss+Mayonnaise (RM2.50)

Honey+Butter (RM2.00)

Cut into pieces before serving. Plain (RM1.00)

Black & White Sesame Twins / Ma Keok (RM2.00 for 3 pcs)

Black Soya Bean (RM1.00) - I like this one very much!
